Upon completion of your Home Inspection,
the preferred method of payment is
Cash, Check, or Money Order.

when paying with

1) Read all available services listed below first.

Notice that after each service is the

button for that service.
Each time you "click" the

button, you will be taken to PayPal's Secure web page to view your "Shopping List" (like in a grocery store).
At their web site you may choose to "click" the

button
(returns you to our ordering page to add more services)
or "click" the

button to complete and finalize the transaction with one of the above credit cards.

2) Choose House (or Condo) and "click" the

button.
Note: If the house is more than 2,000 square feet (your Realtor will know this)
"click" the

button for each additional 500 sq ft (over 2,000 square feet).

Example If the house being inspected is 2,400 sq ft -
(a) First "click" the

button for a House (or Condo) then -
(b) "click" the

button "once" for each additional 500 Sq Ft.
(each "click" adds an additional 500 sq ft.)

3) Continue adding the services of your choice in the same manner as described above.
4) You can "click" the

button at anytime to show your total order.

Standard Inspections

House (or Condo) up to 2,000 sq ft = $200
each additional 500 sq ft + $ 25
Separate Un-attached Garage + $ 25

Environmental Test

Termite Inspection + $ 65

Radon (CRM) 48 hour + $ 125
(with home inspection)
Radon (CRM) 48 hour + $ 150
(without home inspection)
