realtor she was talking to told her a little carpet and paint and you could
get 30 thousand more....my main concern right off the bat is the roof. I
cannot tell you what a pleasure it was dealing with your company and
yourself. You really do not charge enough for the time you spend and the
in-depth inspection you perform! Once again as I told you at the
inspection, I will recommend your inspection service to anyone I know with
no hesitation!
